Please note:

• For each paper to be included in the Proceedings, at least one author must register with full IEEE Member or Non-Member registration. The Author registration deadline is 28 August 2017.
• IEEE Student member and Single Day registrations do not include the social event. Social event ticket in such a case can be bought at the unit price of USD 100.
• All refund/cancellation requests must be received by 8 October 2017. There will be an administrative fee of 20% deducted from each refund. There will be no refund for registrations cancelled after October 8, 2017.
• If you intend to attend tutorials, please register preferably before 8 October 2017 to secure the room capacity and number of printed hand-outs. The online site will ask you to tick the tutorials you want to register to (no extra cost).

Visa Letters

Visa support letters can be requested by those who have finished the registration process and paid their fees by contacting the local organization team at issre2017-local-team@laas.fr. Please include the following information in your message:

• Your name as it appears in your passport
• Your birth date
• Your passeport number
• Your affiliation and position
• If you have a paper accepted, your paper title and concerned track  (Research, Industry, workshop acronym, FastAbstract or Doctoral Symposium).

The letters (in PDF) will be issued to attendees via email.
If an attendee requires a paper copy, the attendee must provide a Federal Express account number to be charged.
