The conference will take place at Mercure Toulouse Centre Compans, a 4-star hotel conveniently situated in Toulouse city centre. The shuttle between the airport and city center drops you in front of the hotel and runs from 5:30am to midnight, leaving every 20 minutes. !!! Important Note !!! Due to a marathon race in Toulouse, road access to the city center will be closed on Sunday, Oct. 22, from 8 am to 4 pm. In order to reach the hotel during the marathon, the recommendation is as follows:

1. At the airport, take either the bus shuttle or Tram T2: both will end at metro station Arènes.
2. Take Metro Line A from Arènes to Jean Jaurès (5 stops).
3. Then Metro Line B from Jean Jaurès to Compans Cafarelli (2 stops).

Please see the map. After 4 pm, it will be possible again to use the bus shuttle (or a taxi) for a direct drive to Compans Cafarelli and the city center.

How to reach Toulouse

The Toulouse-Blagnac Airport is the 5th busiest airport in France. It welcomes 25 airlines companies and offers more than 100 destinations with direct flights. You will easily reach Toulouse from all major European Cities (Paris, London, Amsterdam, Brussels, Frankfurt, Madrid, Roma, Lisbon, ...). When you arrive at the airport, go to Ground floor gate C2, arrival level, and take the bus shuttle to the city center. It will take you approximately 20 minutes, depending on traffic conditions, to get to the conference hotel (Compans Caffarelli stop).
